For enterprise organizations which require the Gretel account creation and deletion process be documented, that process is documented here.

Account Creation

The Gretel Console uses passwordless authentication. By logging in with your email for the first time an account will be created for your.

  1. Visit .

  2. Enter your work email address and click "Submit".

  3. At this point you will authenticate via one of two methods.

    • If your organization is configured using SSO, you will be redirected to your organization's identity provider to authenticate.

    • If your organization is not configured using SSO, you will receive an email with a link to authenticate yourself to the Gretel Console.

  4. After authenticating in the previous step, you will be redirected to Gretel's terms of service. Review and accept them to proceed to the next step.

  5. A form will appear to gather your basic user info. Please Enter your first name, last name, company name, and role in the form that appears. Click "Continue".

  6. Specify the "problems you're hoping to solve with Gretel" using the drop down menu and click "Finish" to finish creating your account.

Account Deletion

A user may delete their account from the Gretel Console. This will result in all related projects, models, and data being deleted for this user.

  1. Login to the .

  2. Click your profile icon in the top right hand corner of the console. Select "Profile" from the resulting dropdown.

  3. Scroll down to the "Delete your account" section. Click "Delete my account".

  4. Click "Delete" in the confirmation dialog. Your account will then be deleted and you will be logged out of the Gretel Console.
